Who we are
We're a small, recently established consultancy service aiming to use our extensive third sector leadership experience to help charities to answer tough strategic questions and drive forward organisational transformation.
We're led by an accomplished charity leader, with significant experience in:

How we can help
We're at our best helping organisations to solve complex, strategic questions. This isn't about your typical, off-the-shelf answers, or coming up with the obvious solutions.
We have the skills and expertise to gain a deep understanding of your organisation's position, the wider strategic context, and to find the right answer for you.
Our work doesn't need to stop at the delivery of a report, we can help lead the implementation of change, including adapting the approach along the way.
We're able to use the right tools for the task at hand, including:
Reviewing existing evidence
Primary research (surveys, focus groups, etc)
Analysing complex data to develop clear insights
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Co-production to develop novel solutions that meet the needs of all those affected
Whilst our key strength is supporting organisations through complex change, we're also experienced in operational leadership, so we're happy to have a conversation about interim leadership roles.
Our experience
Just some of the projects we've led include:
Working with Boards and senior leadership teams to develop new organisational strategies that can inspire, focus and transform the work of an organisation
Organisational transformation including the development and implementation of new staff roles and structures, accompanying systems, policies and processes.
Full strategic analysis to develop Board-level recommendations on the withdrawal of an organisation from a core service area, and the transition to an entirely new model
Development of a new membership model to simplify organisational governance whilst broadening engagement with the wider community
Implementing a wellbeing-focused approach to staff pay and benefits, whilst resolving complex legacy issues.
Designing and analysing large-scale surveys (10,000+ responses) to understand unmet need, including identifying geographical and demographic inequalities
